Cassandra (Sandy) Harris Kalupa was born on October 21, 1977. She received her B.S. degree (cum laude) in political science from the University of North Alabama in Florence, Alabama, in December of 2000. She received her J.D. degree (cum laude) from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, in 2004. While at Mississippi College School of Law, she served as Vice-Chair of Competition for the Moot Court Board. Following her graduation, she clerked for Chief Justice James W. Smith, Jr. of the Mississippi Supreme Court.
Ms. Kalupa is licensed to practice law in the states of Mississippi and Alabama, the 11th United States Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama.
